Ambassador for your Condo Building?

The COA has implemented an Ambassador program for every Condominium in Ontario to work with the COA.  Typically that would be one (1) Owner as an affiliate Member to work with the COA as the representative for their Condo Corporation.  It is an excellent initiative to keep the COA aware of each Condo Building,  Board of Directors and their Property Management. 

This decision is to create a collaborative approach working together with Condo Owners and all Directors of the many Ontario Condo Corporations.  Equally we feel it will create a wonderful working relationship with their respective Property Managers and Property Management Firms.   We are keen on including a selection process of like minded person who have good knowledge of the Condo Act, declarations, by-laws and rules and regulations of Condominiums.  This is not an education program Ambassadorship with the COA.  It is important for all of our Ambassadors to have a respectful amount of knowledge in order to achieve success to our mandate.

Mission Statement 

COA and Ambassadors working together to enhance relationships within their Condo on a collaborative approach and to identify areas of consideration for suggestions and recommendations for improvements.   It is also to create a ground work of interaction with other Condo Owners of their Condo and to unite other like-minded COA Ambassadors from other Condo Corporations throughout Ontario.   Condominiums are a Community and with ownership, Condo Owners are part of the Community.   We believe having a COA Ambassador onboard is an incredible asset to unit the Community with the COA    Strength in numbers, the same mind set for a wonderful happy and sustainable Condominium where all can be proud with an excellent working relationship with Boards and Property Management.


The COA with the assistance of a COA Ambassador can ensure great representation, honest and transparent operations in your home - your Condo.  We implemented Ambassadorships because we receive way too many complaints sometimes even horror stories.  Condo Owners simply need a voice and a more direct friendly, personable and cooperative approach rather than always submitting complaints to the CAO Condo Authority of Ontario.  

The best and only solution to keep harmony and work together is for the Condo Owners Association to implement this COA Ambassador Program in each Condo Building.
