OVER 1.25 MILLION CONDO OWNERS

The Province of Ontario has over 1.25 Million Condo Owners and still growing. We need to work together province-wide to protect Condo Owners. Even if you don't own a condo; someone you know does. Everyone will know someone living in a condominium and whether that person is your son, daughter, mother, father, other family member, friend, co-worker or aquaintance; we are all affected. The general public needs to understand the importance of creating a viable future for the new landscape of our Province. Condo Corporations need proper governance and regulations to support and protect all of our futures.

COA supports the development of its members and fosters a prosperous and sustainable economic environment while contributing to the quality of life in the condo community province wide.
